The idea for Prana came when I was taking my yoga teacher training in Bali in early 2023. We learned a lot about yoga philosophy and I was presented for pranayama and the word prana. Pranayama means expansion of life force (through breathing) and Prana is the life force.

The word stuck to me, Prana is everywhere and through different breathing techniques thoughts and movements you can cultivate it. On the plane home to Copenhagen I created the first logo for Prana Yoga.

And the rest is history. Since 2023 I’ve hosted a yoga retreat in Spain, Yin Yoga sessions in Copenhagen, meditation on the beach in Skodsborg, Guided Journaling, events and online sessions.

In 2025 I created my first product the Prana Face Oil. It came from a deep wish to communicate the importance of only using clean products in our everyday life. I have struggled with servere acne and been on accutane twice, which was tough on my body. The thing that changed the game for me was listening to my body and adjusting accordingly. For example avoiding gluten, practicing yoga to regulate my nervous system and surround myself with people I love.

I want to contribute to a healthier and happier world, without additives, toxins, scrolling, and unhealthy addictions.

For me that means providing alternative products that causes no side effects, but also looks and feel good.

No thing can stand alone, and I think we have yet to discover how much our mind and body is connected. I stay grounded through a daily journaling practice and movement through yoga and breath.
