Every Wednesday we gather over zoom for an hour of guided journaling. The class is a reflective group coaching session, where you will be asked questions within a certain theme. You will then answer the questions by writing them down in your notebook. It’s a therapeutic tool to get out of your head and into your body. It’s great for overthinkers, busy bees and everyone who needs a little help reflecting and finding their focus. We highly encourage you to take the time to make your space feel nice before the class starts. That could be making a cup of tea or ceremonial cacao. Lightning candles and getting cozy in your sofa or maybe on your yoga mat. Each session starts with tuning in and 5 minutes guided pranayama (breathing). Anyone can join. Sign up is on our shop. simply choose a date at checkout. You will receive a zoom link on the day of the class.
